Who We Are. Craig is a cost-reduction consultancy and solutions provider serving the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
What do we do? Craig is a solutions provider for the insurance industry. We seek novel ways to capture data and use the information derived from its analysis. Our insights can be applied to any part of the insurance industry, though we have traditionally focused on claims and expense reduction. We deliver solutions through experienced consultants and mutually beneficial partnering and BPO engagements.
Our Core Business. Craig was the first company in the market to recognize the value of offering full-scope, BPO services to the P&C industry. We built from scratch and refined a best-of-breed platform and business. Partnering with Craig enables our clients to assemble and analyze data. Together, we turn weaknesses into strengths and strengths into market-differentiating results.
Our People Determine Our Success. We actively seek people with insurance industry backgrounds. Additionally, we have a proven track-record of integrating diverse skillsets (attorneys, engineers, construction experts, efficiency and supply-chain consultants, etc.) into our engagements. We welcome applicants from this broader pool.
Organizational Design. Law, business or insurance degrees or direct, hands-on experience would tend to qualify the candidate for the higher end of the pay ranges. However, we make available comprehensive training for all employees, and degrees or prior experience are not necessarily required, depending on the position.
Work Environment. All positions are arrayed among teams focused on different solutions for our clients. As fiduciaries for a significant segment of our customers’ business, all of our employees must meet the highest professional and ethical standards of conduct.
Everyone at Craig is “hands-on” and team-oriented. The work is fast-paced, and requires strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and process skills, a large dose of common sense, and the ability to design and manage an interesting, complex and constantly evolving caseload to maximize results for clients.
So Now What? Some candidates may need to first complete online assessments, while others will be interviewed at an earlier stage. This is determined by the open position, and does not prejudge your suitability. It all starts with your contacting us.
